What Your Firm Gets

Membership Starts Working the Day You Join

Most of it lands in the first quarter of the year, when your firm has the least room. It is all yours from the day you join, whether or not you ever make an introduction.

The January Package

Every referred client's payroll records and filings, ready for your firm in the first week of January.

A Discount to Hand Your Client

You arrive with a first year discount only a member firm can give them.

A Named Contact

One person at Payday with a direct line, so your client's payroll questions land with them rather than on your desk in March.

A Rate That Climbs

A fee for each client you introduce, set by the size of that client, with a higher band for established member firms.

Clients Sent Back to You

When one of our thousands of clients asks us to recommend an accountant, we point them at member firms.

The Standard Book

The annual master tax guide, on us, sent to member firms every year.

For Your Firm

Here to Help Your Firm Grow

Your firm is the reason a client trusts us, so your firm is who we work for.

Your client is welcomed

A named person walks them through onboarding, calls in business hours, and makes the whole thing easy on them.

You hear back at every step

Your client hears from us within one hour, and your firm is copied on every step, right through to the first payroll running clean.

Your client thanks you for it

Payroll stops taking up their week, and you are the one who made that happen.

Partner Program FAQs

The questions firms usually ask. Anything else, your contact is happy to talk it through.

What does it cost, and does joining commit my firm to anything?
Nothing, and no. There is no fee, no minimum and no term, and the member benefits run whether or not your firm ever makes an introduction.
When does my firm get paid?
Once your client has been running payroll with us for ninety days. The fee is set by the size of that client, and established member firms are paid at a higher band.
What does my client get out of it?
Their payroll is run in the United States by a team they can reach by name, so the whole thing stops being something they think about. They also get onboarding handled for them, their own person at Payday from the first call, and a first year discount only a member firm can give them.
Does my client have to be in New Mexico?
No. Payday runs payroll for businesses across the country, so introduce a client wherever they are.
Is there a limit on how many clients my firm can introduce?
None at all. Send one a year or one a week, and every one of them counts.
